Orthomolecular Breakfast

A spoonful of self-care

A good start is half the battle — and that’s especially true with an orthomolecular breakfast featuring ORTHONIA. No sugar spikes or mid-morning crashes, but a balanced mix of slow carbs, fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants. This breakfast nourishes your brain, your gut, and your energy levels in a way your body recognizes and appreciates.

In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of rolled oats with 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and a pinch of cinnamon. Add 100 ml of unsweetened plant-based milk, such as oat or almond milk, and let it soak for at least 10 minutes. For a smoother morning, you can also prepare it the night before as overnight oats.

Top it off with half a grated apple, a handful of blueberries, and a generous tablespoon of ORTHONIA. It melts beautifully between the fruit and grains, adding not only flavor but also extra omega-3s, polyphenols, and micronutrients. Finish with a few walnuts or pumpkin seeds for some crunch.

The result is a nourishing, plant-based breakfast that feels like self-care by the spoonful. Soft, satisfying, and intelligently composed — just like ORTHONIA itself.
